Kids of Grace Academy Admissions

Applications are now open for the 2025–2026 academic year at Kids of Grace Academy, welcoming students from kindergarten to twelfth grade. Applications for mid-year admission may be considered based on availability of space.

Admissions Requirements

  1. Parental Commitment
    Both parents must agree to:

    • Support the Doctrinal Statement of Kids of Grace Academy.

    • Partner in their child's at-home instruction as part of the enrollment agreement.

  2. Kindergarten Eligibility
    Students must be 5 years old by September of the admission year.

  3. Academic and Behavioral Standards
    Students 1st grade and above must demonstrate:

    • Appropriate academic progress.

    • Satisfactory classroom behavior.

  4. Teaching Parent Requirements
    The teaching parent must be an active member in good standing (or equivalent) of a Bible-believing, evangelical church.

Enrollment Process Overview

Step 1: Come and Visit!

  • We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to attend one of our Information Meeting dates or contact us to setup a private tour.

Step 2: Application

  • An online application-link will be sent after information meeting attendance. An application fee is due upon applying.

Step 3: Schedule a Family and Student Interview

  • Part of the application process includes a sit-down interview with each family. Both parents and prospective student(s) will meet with an administrator. This allows us to get to know you (and vice-versa) as we consider each student for enrollment. 

Step 4: Academic Assessment

Once the Family Interview is complete a placement assessment will be scheduled. Before the assessment takes place we will need to collect any and all available transcripts/standardized testing that is available.

Step 5: Pay Enrollment and Tuition Fees

  • $150 Enrollment fee paid at time of enrollment to reserve a place in the classroom. 

  • $300 deposit per student (non-refundable) paid in June 2025.

    • (Families will receive an invoice to pay and e-sign documentation over the summer. Once payment is received, they will be added to the school email list for the upcoming year i.e.: books list, supply list, teacher info, Academy Calendar, etc. and will be contacted to set up automatic payments for tuition.)

  • Curriculum fee due in July.

  • Tuition prices reflect a 10-month payment plan, August-May, with no payments in June and July.

  • Payment plans must be set up on automatic payments. 

  • All tuition is due on the first day of the month, beginning in August.

  • A late fee of $30 will be charged if payment needs to be redrawn due to insufficient funds. 

  • All school fees are non-refundable. 

  • If the account is behind at the end of the month, the student may not be allowed to continue at KoGA.

Tuition for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

  • K–9th Grade: $5,240

Tuition Discount:

  • A 5% tuition discount offered to families who select to pay tuition balance in 2 equal payments, half of tuition due by August 1st and the remaining tuition balance due by January 1st. Payments must be set up on automatic withdrawal, late fees and past due accounts guidelines apply (see step 5).    

  • A 10% tuition discount is offered to families who pay tuition in full by August 1st. 

K-9th

  • 1st student: $5240

  • 2nd student: $4715

  • 3rd and beyond: $4190 per student 

(this is a 10% discount for the 2nd student and 20% for 3rd and beyond) 

Payment Notes:

  • Accounting will notify families before the initial deposit is charged.

  • Tuition payments follow the selected plan after the deposit is paid.

  • Financial aid opportunities and discounts for families with multiple children are available.

Step 6: Final Admission Steps

Once Enrollment Fees and Curriculum fees are paid and enrollment documents are signed you will be sent a “Welcome Email”, and instructions for how to access the school portal.

You will also be sent an official email confirming your completion of the enrollment process.

Step 7: Orientation and Open House

Admitted Kids of Grace Academy students and their families will be invited to an orientation meeting and open house. This meeting will review policies and procedures, expectations, and important details for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is also an exciting opportunity to meet other Kids of Grace Academy families and teachers.
