The safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community are the top priorities at Kids of Grace Academy. To ensure a secure environment, all parents and guardians visiting the campus must adhere to the following safety protocol.

Background Check Requirement

1. Mandatory Background Check and Child Safety Training:

  • All parents or guardians who wish to access the campus during school hours or participate in school-related activities must undergo a background check and Child Safety Training.

  • The background check process will be coordinated through the school administration office. Parents must provide the necessary documentation and consent for the check to be conducted.

  • The child safety training is a 30 minute video that will be sent via email and a short quiz that follows.

2. Annual Renewal:

  • Background checks are valid for one year. Parents are required to renew their clearance annually to maintain campus access.

3. Confidentiality:

  • All background check information will be handled confidentially and securely.

Campus Access Procedure

1. Visitor Badges:

  • Parents with cleared background checks will be issued a personalized, photo-identifiable badge.

  • Badges must be worn visibly at all times while on campus.

2. Check-In Process:

  • All parents, regardless of purpose, must check in at the front office upon arrival.
    Parents without a badge must sign in and present a valid photo ID. Temporary visitor badges will be issued for specific purposes only.

2. Restricted Areas:

  • Parents are only permitted in designated areas as approved by school administration.
