Physical Education for All Ages
This dynamic Physical Education course is designed to cater to students at three distinct developmental stages: Preschool, Elementary, and Middle School. Each level offers age-appropriate activities that foster physical fitness, teamwork, and a lifelong love for movement.
Elementary Level: Students will develop core physical skills through structured games and activities that emphasize agility, strength, and teamwork. This level introduces basic sports concepts and encourages the development of good sportsmanship and healthy habits.

Course Details
The Elementary Physical Education program, students build on their foundational motor skills while exploring a variety of physical activities designed to enhance their physical, social, and emotional development. This level focuses on engaging students through structured games, skill-building exercises, and cooperative activities. Key components include:
Skill Development: Students practice fundamental movement patterns like skipping, hopping, dribbling, and catching. These activities are designed to improve coordination, balance, and spatial awareness.
Introduction to Sports: Basic techniques and rules of popular sports such as soccer, basketball, and volleyball are introduced through age-appropriate drills and modified games.
Fitness Awareness: Students begin to understand the importance of physical fitness through activities that promote strength, flexibility, and endurance, such as obstacle courses, relay races, and stretching routines.
Teamwork and Cooperation: Group games encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and communication. Emphasis is placed on building respect, empathy, and sportsmanship.
Healthy Habits: Discussions and activities related to nutrition, hydration, and the benefits of regular physical activity are integrated into the curriculum to instill healthy lifestyle choices.
By providing a variety of experiences, Elementary PE aims to help students discover activities they enjoy, build confidence in their abilities, and lay the groundwork for a lifelong commitment to physical fitness and well-being.
